Registration Fees:
Early Registration (through 7/1): $100
Standard Registration (after 7/1): $125
Non-Profit & Maple Shade Sports Organizations: $50
Vendor Requirements:
All vendors must complete a registration form and submit payment in full to secure a space
Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
Each vendor space is approximately 10’ x 10’
Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, and displays
Tents must be properly weighted for safety
Acceptable Items & Displays:
The Maple Shade Sidewalk Sale is a community-focused retail and promotional event. Vendors should offer:
Retail goods
Handmade items
Crafts
Services or business promotions
Strictly Prohibited:
Yard sale, flea market, or secondhand household goods tables
Garage-sale style setups
Any items deemed inappropriate by event organizers
Setup & Breakdown:
Setup time will be communicated prior to the event
Vendors must be fully set up before event start time at 10 AM
Breakdown may not begin until the event officially ends at 3PM
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of debris
Cancellations & Weather Policy
This event is rain or shine
No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by organizers
Additional details regarding weather-related cancellations will be provided closer to the event
General Rules:
Vendors must remain within their assigned space
No subletting or sharing of vendor spaces without prior approval
Vendors must comply with all local laws, permits, and regulations
Food vendors must meet all health department requirements
Event organizers reserve the right to refuse or remove any vendor not complying with event standards
